Σύνδεσμος Εσωτερικών Ελεγκτών Κύπρου

Η μικρή Κύπρος, της μεγάλης δράσης!

 

Ο Πρόεδρος του Συνδέσμου Εσωτερικών Ελεγκτών Κύπρου κ. Ονησίφορος Α. Ονησιφόρου, προσκλήθηκε ως ομιλητής στο 7ο Διεθνές Συνέδριο των Εσωτερικών Ελεγκτών της Κεντρικής και Νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης, που πραγματοποιήθηκε μεταξύ 10 και 12 Μαΐου 2012 στην πόλη του Σεράγεβο στη Βοσζία Ερζεγοβίνη. Η διάλεξή του είχε ως θέμα «Διεθνή Πρότυπα Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου για την αποτελεσματική εργασία των εσωτερικών ελεγκτών". 

  

The President of IIA Cyprus, Mr. Onisiforos A. Onisiforou, BA, MBA, FCA, CIA, CCSA, CGAP, CFSA, CRMA, was invited as a speaker at the 7^th International Conference of Internal Auditors for Central and Southeast Europe which took place between 10^th and 12^th May 2012 in the city of Sarajevo. His presentation was entitled “International Internal Audit Standards for the effective work of internal auditors”. Mr. O. Onisiforou illustrated that adherence to the Standards helps internal auditors perform their work effectively and gives them the confidence to provide added value assurance and consulting services. In addition, conformance with the Standards shows the internal stakeholders (e.g. Board, management), as well as the external stakeholders (e.g. regulators, shareholders) that internal audit is a reliable and effective function.
